Customer’s private information policy
Design-Wallart doesn’t store customer’s personal information except for orders. Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the police and the information has not and will not be shared with any third party that you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service on the website without our express written permission.
Delivery time and Shipping fee
Estimated delivery time is 4-9 working days for most destanation depending on shipping country. And as for the rest of the world take 7-18 working days. Shipping fee will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.
Refund
If you have not received your delivery after 9 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not included), please contact our customer service team at manager@design-wallart.com. Design-Wallart cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once dispatched, both within the Norway and overseas. However, if you have not received your order within two weeks, please contact us, so we can resolve any delivery issues with the courier. Please also note that on occasion, especially during sale periods and the holiday season, deliveries may take longer.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of receipt. Returns received after thirty (30) days will not be accepted.
Design-Wallart will only accept returns of non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed and with all original tags. Upon receipt of any order without tags, please notify us immediately if you wish to return the item. You have the right to return a product and get a full refund or exchange the product by same product in deffirent size With the customer paying the shipping price to return the product to us again and contact us at manager@design-wallart.com to tell you how do it that.
